Experienced Head Of Design with a demonstrated history of working in the digital design industry and a strong bias towards action. For the past 14 years, I've been fortunate to work on hundreds of challenging projects, from complex web applications to trendsetting website design. I'm currently the Head of Design at Clique Studios – a fast-paced, award-winning digital design and engineering studio in the Chicago Loop. My main objective at Clique is to make the digital world a more engaging, intuitive and useful place and fostering a collaborative work environment to make it happen. I'm charged with leading a team of 8 talented designers, incorporating multiple creative disciplines into our processes, mentorship, defining roles, hiring and on-boarding, and resource management. Continuously teaching and learning is a huge part of our culture at Clique, and I strive do both everyday.
